Bon Voyage

It's Friday night.  I have barely packed my shit.  I work overnight tomorrow starting at  4pm till whenever the next day.  My flight is Sunday at 7 or 8.   I best get my work done fast on Sunday, even though I have to write off service notes on my patients since I am, well, going off service.  Two medicine floor months coming to an end and I am leaving the country in less than 48 hours.  The last week or so hasn't been so bad at least.  Just one more call left... No wammy's.  Although my month was ridden with a few old demented chronically ill peeps unable to communicate with me sittin around for weeks,  I somehow finally manage to ship them back to the nursing home. 

Anyways, we (dad and sis) will be going to Karachi and Lahore at some point for a day or two, but most of the time will be up in Islamabad and a few days in the more northern hilly regions that are still recovering from the quake.  Got me a new camera, the SD400 5megapixel, so hopefully I can get me some good pixtures.

Ok time to pack.  This is going to suck.
