Back to Real Life

Alright alright, so I continue to neglect my little blog... Though I am not the only one, it seems to be a lull in many a blog updates lately, but I predict it won't last...  So yes it took me months to regurgitate my Spain trip, and I even left out the last few days of relaxation that we spent in beautiful sunny coastal Marbella at my Uncle's villa, basked in the sun, drank with the rich, and from where we took a trip to Gibraltar and got swarmed by the apes, all good times indeed!  But now I must return to the life that is reality, here in NYC, where the trials of my medical career will only escalate come this July as I start my fellowship in Cardiology!

But I do still have a few months left in the Bronx as my Internal Medicine residency comes to an end.... So I'll have to recount some of the memories and hopefully juicy gross crazy stories of my remaining days  here, just so I can look back one day and have more crap to remember the Bronx by.  The next two weeks I work nights as the senior medical resident (basically a very painful busy job), and in June I am lucky enough to have elective, so I will be chillin like a villain, and freaking out for the start of fellowship when I realize that I know so little freakin Cardiology!

But anyway, more on that later... For now, It's 9am and I just got home, and I am not even sure why the hell I logged on to update the blog now, when I can barely even see straight from fatigue... Good morning.
